Credit Card Charges:

Your credit card will be charged once the order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround:
Production time on our standard (non custom) items is 2-3 business days. All orders ship from our CA facility and normally take 1-6 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Carriers:
All orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground/USPS.
Order Tracking:
We will update your order with the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page the estimated cost of shipping will be shown and you have the option not to complete the order if you for any reason change your mind. Sales tax will be collected for items shipping to California and Massachusetts.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. The only exception is for defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and the materials must be returned to 2000signs.com within 30 days. Credit will be issued when returned stock is received and deemed defective. Please submit a request in writing to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages received without an RMA number will be refused.
